A fast paced 30 minute workout using the whole body, that involves rotating through a series of exercises using DBs, KBs, Body weight, etc. to tone and improve endurance and cardiovascular health.
A one hour strength and conditioning class using compound movements focused on building muscle and strength, followed by a constantly changing conditioning workout.
